1. Incoming Material Inspection
Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. Our inspection team checks key characteristics according to the applicable product specifications and approved samples.
- Fabric, nylon, webbing, lining, and other bag materials are checked for color, texture, thickness, surface condition, and general consistency.
- Zippers, buckles, buttons, handles, shoulder straps, drawstrings, labels, and other accessories are checked for appearance, fit, and functional condition.
- Plastic and stainless steel materials used for cable ties and wiring accessories are reviewed for dimensions, finish, strength-related requirements, and conformity with the specified design.
- Incoming materials are identified and managed to support traceability and prevent the use of visibly non-conforming components.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are carried out during manufacturing to identify deviations at an early stage. Production personnel and quality inspectors monitor workmanship, assembly, and process consistency in accordance with internal inspection standards.
- Cutting and sewing operations for cosmetic bags, crossbody bags, drawstring bags, handbags, lunch bags, and shoulder bags are checked for dimensions, alignment, seam quality, and stitching consistency.
- Handles, straps, pockets, closures, and attachment points are reviewed to confirm correct positioning and secure assembly.

3. Finished Product Inspection
Completed products undergo final inspection before approval for packing. The inspection scope is determined by the product type, customer requirements, and applicable specifications.
- Appearance: Products are checked for stains, scratches, loose threads, uneven stitching, damaged components, color variation, and other visible defects.
- Dimensions: Finished sizes, capacity-related measurements, component positions, and key tolerances are checked against approved specifications.
- Function: Zippers, buckles, snaps, drawstrings, handles, straps, closures, and other operating features are checked for smooth and proper use.
- Construction: Seams, reinforcement points, attachment areas, and overall workmanship are reviewed for suitability for the intended application.
- Hardware and cable accessories: Cable ties and wiring accessories are checked for the required shape, finish, fit, and usability, subject to the relevant product specifications.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Before shipment, products and packaging are reviewed to help ensure that the order is prepared accurately and protected during handling and transportation.
- Product quantity, style, color, size, and packing method are checked against the approved order details.
- Individual packaging, cartons, protective materials, labels, barcodes, and shipping marks are reviewed for clarity and consistency with customer instructions.
- Carton condition, packing stability, and loading arrangements are checked to reduce the risk of damage, contamination, or mixed products during transit.
- A final documentation and shipment review is completed before goods are released for delivery.
5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Quality information from inspections, customer feedback, production reviews, and shipment checks is used to support corrective and preventive actions. When a concern is identified, the relevant team evaluates the cause, determines appropriate corrective steps, and follows up on the result.
